  • Preheat oven to 180*C. Line a biscuit tray with butter paper .
    Take Oil (100 g), Cashew paste (4 tbsp) and vanilla essence (1 tsp)in a round bottomed bowl. Add the cookie mix and using your fingers knead lightly to make a smooth dough.
  • Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls.Place on the prepared tray.(The next batch of cookies can be covered and refrigerated until baked.)
