At SkyRoots, we strive to deliver healthy, safe, and high-quality millet-based food products. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Returns Policy
As our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns unless:
The product you received is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Return Eligibility Criteria:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item must be emailed to: ecom@skyroots.in
2. Refund Policy
Once we verify and approve the issue, we will offer:
A full refund to your original payment method, OR
A replacement shipment at no extra cost, OR
A coupon or store credit, as per your preference.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
In case of prepaid orders, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method if cancellation is successful.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Opened or partially consumed food products.
Products not purchased through www.skyroots.in.
Orders with wrong address/contact details provided by the customer.

Description of the issue
Photos/videos of the product
Preferred resolution (Refund/Replacement)
