2. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A standard shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50 depending on location.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro Cities/Tier 2 & 3 towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary based on PIN code, courier delays, weather conditions, or festive periods.

7. Failed Deliveries / Reattempts
In case of delivery failure due to wrong address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, the courier will usually reattempt once.
If still undelivered, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery can be initiated with applicable charges.

Currently, we do not support direct international orders on the website.
