Jowar (sorghum) flakes bhel

A tangy, spicy and yet nutritious savory.


  • 1 cup Jowar Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons each of Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies
  • 2 Tablespoons of Shev made from split pea Lentils
  • 1 Table Spoon Lemon Juice or Tamarind Juice
  • Roasted red Lentils


  1. Mix the above ingredients gently and thoroughly.

Enjoy the tangy yet healthy savory at any time of the day.
