Jowar (sorghum) flakes with milk or buttermilk

A very quick and sweet way to eat Jowar Flakes. A healthy substitute to corn flakes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Jowar Flakes
  • 1 cup of milk (hot or cold as per preference) or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar or jaggery

PREPARATION

  1. Mix milk or buttermilk and Jowar Flakes in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar or jaggery as per your liking
